cost The cost of packages is currently SEK 69. The shipping price only applies to delivery within Sweden.

When paying, we work with Klaran Checkout, it enables payment by card, invoice, partial payment, direct payment, clear account and clear directly. To shop against an invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number. A prerequisite for being able to trade against an invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and are over 18 years of age. You may not have any payment remarks. All invoices are transferred to RP Klarna by RP Demoprodukter. The usual credit check takes place after the personal information has been provided at the checkout, in some cases, this means that a credit report is taken. A copy of the credit information will then be sent to your home. The invoice’s payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee is paid. Interest on arrears is paid at 2% per month.
Unredeemed packages
For packages that have not been triggered, RP Demoprodukter reserves the right to charge a fee of SEK 300 for the costs that the shipping has caused us *. Unredeemed packages are not normally covered by the right of withdrawal.

If the customer wants their goods shipped, shipping costs (by volume and weight) are charged according to the price list for the transport company we use.
* packing, shipping, packaging, ev. cash on the delivery fee, return shipping, return processing, and stock sorting.

With reservations for goods that have run out or for delivery delays from our suppliers, you should have your goods 3 – 10 weekends weekdays after you place an order.
For ordered goods (goods that are not in stock normally) count on 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated.
We send our goods at least twice a week.
Normally, your order is at DHL’s delivery point 1-3 days after your order has left us. You will receive an email from us in connection with your order being sent with information about package numbers etc. The
ambition is that all goods you have ordered are packaged and delivered together.
We will notify you as soon as possible if any item is back-ordered for the estimated delivery week.
If an item cannot be delivered within 2 weeks, we will notify you to give you the opportunity to approve later delivery or cancel the order.

Delivery method
Your goods are delivered with DHL. You can track your order via their website.
You also choose which way you want to be notified; via SMS, via mail.

guarantee We guarantee that the product is faultless when it goes from our warehouse to the transport company.
A possible complaint of damaged or faulty goods must be received by us within 7 days.
Do not send anything back without contacting us first. Goods that are returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not redeemed by us. In the event of any disputes, we follow the General Complaints Board’s decision.
If you discover at the reception that the package is damaged, you must immediately report/complain to the Post Office or the delivery point where you picked up your item. If you have already opened the package when you discover the transport damage, contact us as soon as possible via the contact form found under Contact Us.

Open purchase for 14 days The
Distance Contracts Act gives you as a consumer the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The right of return applies within 14 days of receipt. Does not apply to pillows, blankets, sheets, bed mattresses, etc. as they are counted as hygiene products. The product must be unused and returned in original packaging with any original documents. If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping. After we have received and checked the product, we deposit the money for the product in your account or credit the Invoice.

Contact us before the item is sent back, regardless of the reason for return.

Goods that are returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery are not redeemed by us.
All shipments to us must be delivered to us and not a pick-up service point.
In the event of any disputes, we follow the General Complaints Board’s decision.
